Using BlueRock Presence
BlueRock Presence is provided to organizations to check team members and visitors in and out and to manage attendance. Organizations are responsible for getting the consent of their team members and visitors as required by law, and for how they use the information.
BlueRock Presence attendance texts
- What they are: attendance messages from your employer through BlueRock Presence. For example, a text if you have not checked in for your shift, asking whether everything is OK, and replies confirming that your call-in was received. You can also text the number to report an absence or a late arrival.
- How you opt in: by ticking the separate, optional text message consent box when you register on the BlueRock Presence check-in kiosk, then entering the one-time code we text to your phone to confirm the number. That code message also confirms your opt-in. Consent is not a condition of employment.
- Message frequency varies, usually only on days you are not checked in or when you text us. Message and data rates may apply.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or email support@bluerockpresence.com.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop all texts. You will get one message confirming you have opted out.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
